how I feel today #1

Today I feel good, like really really good. Even though the mornings are getting colder, and it’s beginning to get more difficult to get out of bed. I’m acing it.

This morning, I had a nice hot shower to get me ready for the day. I got to work on time and now have about 3.5 hours left.

It’s important to reflect when you’re feeling good.

All too often, I only write when I’m not feeling 100% and that should change.

If you’re not having a good day. It’s okay. That happens. You have tomorrow. Try focusing on why it hasn’t been a good day. Reflect. I’ve found that being more reflective really has changed the frequency and intensity of bad days I now experience. So, here’s my reflection for the day so far.

After work, I’m going to get my haircut – pretty exciting! To me anyway… I haven’t had a proper haircut since I decided to get a graduated bob last year (other than a few trims since then).
