I haven’t meditated in awhile, so I decided to tonight.
I looked at my stats and in total I’ve done 18 hours worth, since I first got the app a year ago, maybe? I used to be really good at making time to do so, but I don’t know what happened, but I stopped.
I’m writing about my feelings after meditating for the first time since intermittently using the app this year.
Right now, I can’t even describe the feeling of my body, it’s almost as if I can feel a gentle vibration throughout my body? Making me feel alive and like I truly do exist.
I feel heavy areas in my body, which over time through meditating I’ve learnt to feel the “pain” but not succumb to giving it any negative attention.
But I also feel the light areas of my body. Almost like I’m floating at my feet.
I missed the experience of meditating, it truly does have an impact in my life and I hope to continue to do so at least once a day from now on.
