People get wrapped up in all sorts of things.
“I’m going to start going to the gym.. on Monday!”
“I’m going to quit smoking, on Monday!”
I’ve found that Wednesday is the best day for me to start or quit things… why? Because I’m already half way through the week. And, I know this makes no sense and is just an anecdote. And I know some will say, start today. But, next time, try it midway through the week and see how long you go! Don’t wait for Monday and know your goals. Believe in yourself.
I have to start working out from home now which is awkward and kind of embarrassing as I don’t really want to be working out when my family are around but due to the circumstances, I’ll get used to it or wake up earlier. Here’s me starting tomorrow. So thought I’d update.
*update* 28/03, I’ve managed to stick to doing my little at home workouts for 3 days, going on 4 tomorrow.
