It’s Mother’s Day. So here’s some lessons my wise mother has taught me along the years. In no particular order of course. I hope everyone is coping in this stressful time and to those who are especially affected by the coronavirus pandemic, my heart is with you.

Sometimes it’s okay to fall, falling to rock bottom gives you the chance to start over. Take the chance.
A friend told me today “I still remember what you said to me a few years ago, and it’s still so true today”. What was that, I asked. “Channel all your negative/aversive energy into something meaningful and watch how that changes the game”
Here’s a proud experience starting one of my little brothers. It’s crazy how you can get re-inspired just by talking to someone younger than you. Re-experiencing the raw passion of a somewhat more blank-slate, than yourself.
